Your Right to Withdraw

When purchasing products on our website that are delivered in a single shipment, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period starts on the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may (but do not have to) use the model withdrawal form.

• Order number
• Item number(s) & quantity of returned goods

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment as in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

Return the goods without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
